Charges for other products may vary.
2. What are the production payment terms?
50% advance payment is required to start production after sample approval.
The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before final delivery.
3. Are sampling charges adjusted in the final bill?
Yes, they are adjusted in the final invoice only if the design remains unchanged.
If the design or quality is entirely changed after sampling, the previous amount will not be adjusted, and new sampling
charges will apply.
4. What if the final quantity I receive is different from my order?
Final quantities may vary by \pm 5-10\% due to manufacturing processes.
5. Will the sample tag color and finish exactly match the final production?
Slight variations in color, thickness, and finish may occur because sample tags use digital printing, and final production
uses offset printing (which provides superior quality).
6. Will you share the blocks/molds created for my design?
No, blocks/molds are part of the company’s internal development and will not be shared.
7. Who is responsible if my shipment is delayed by the courier?
The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier partner or logistics service due to unforeseen
events or circumstances beyond its control.
