following terms and conditions, applicable to all orders, sampling, and production processes:
1. Sampling Charges & Payment Terms
- Sampling charges (after artwork approval) are as follows:
Labels: ₹500 per design (Not more than 10 pcs)
Tags: ₹1,000 per design (Digital proof only Not more than 10 pcs)
Other Products: Charges may vary accordingly - After receipt of the sampling charges, physical samples will be provided within 5–6 working days.
Note: Timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design, modifications, and added features. - Upon sample approval, 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
- The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before final delivery.
- Sampling charges will be adjusted in the final invoice, provided the design remains unchanged (see Point 2).
- If there are major corrections or if the entire design and quality are changed, the previous sampling
amount will not be adjusted in the final production cost. In such cases, new sampling charges will be
applicable for the revised development.
2. Design Changes After Sampling
If the design is entirely changed post-sampling, the sampling charges will not be adjusted in the production invoice.
3. Production Quantity Tolerance
Due to manufacturing processes, final quantities may vary by ±5–10%. Please plan your order accordingly.
4. Tag Printing Variation
Please note that sample tags are produced using digital printing, whereas final production is carried out with offset
printing. As a result, slight variations in color, thickness, and finish may occur. Offset printing delivers superior clarity
and quality compared to digital printing. Since digital printing is oil-based and offset printing is water-based, some
differences in output are expected. To provide customers with an idea of the final product, we share digital proof
samples, while actual production is executed in offset printing for the best quality. However, please be aware that offset
printing for samples are not economical for either the customer or the company.
5. Woven Label Thread Colors
- We offer a wide range of in-stock thread colors, but exact color matching is not always possible
- If your desired shade is unavailable, we will match it as closely as possible.
- Exact shades can be achieved through custom thread dyeing, which takes 10–12 working days and requires a
minimum of 50,000–100,000 pcs.
6. Sample Approvals via Images/Videos
If you approve a sample via images or videos (due to urgency) without physically reviewing it, the company will not be
responsible for any discrepancies in the final production. We highly recommend checking physical samples before
approval.
7. Block & Mold Charges
- For printed labels, blocks are required even during sampling
- If the design is changed after sampling, a new block must be created at an additional cost, to be borne by the
client. - These blocks/molds are part of our internal development and will not be shared in the future.
8. Courier & Transit Liability
We are here to assist you at every step, from the time you place your order until it reaches you. However, please note that
we shall not be responsible for any kind of delay in delivery, whether through our courier partner or your chosen
logistics service, if such delay occurs due to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or any circumstances beyond our
control.
9. Delays Due to Machinery or Unforeseen Events
Occasionally, mechanical or unforeseen issues may delay production or sampling by 1–2 days. We will do our best to
avoid such delays and appreciate your understanding.
10. Urgent Orders, Partial Shipments & Time Frame
In case of urgency, you must pay the full invoice amount (including courier and shipping charges) before dispatching
any partial quantity.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on design modifications, features, or custom requirements.
11. Natural Difference disclaimer
Please note that paper and thread may have natural differences in quality, texture, and look. We always provide the best
quality, but these natural variations are normal and cannot be completely avoided.
12. Risk of Cash Payment
Any payment made by cash is entirely at your risk and responsibility if you not receive any cash memo from our
company.
13. Liability and Risk
Risk of Loss/Damage in Transit: Our responsibility for the goods ceases immediately upon delivery of the goods to the
carrier or shipping agent.
14. Damage Liability Limit
Our maximum liability for any damaged item is limited only up to the extent of the value of that item on the
corresponding invoice.
15. Claims and Disputes
No debit note will be accepted for any discrepancy or claim raised after 7 days of receipt of the invoice. (This aligns
with the 7-day claim window in the simplified policy).
