1. Promotional Policy
We respect your brand’s privacy while we are working on your order.
During Production & Delivery: We will keep your designs and finished trims completely private and will not
upload them anywhere until your entire order has been delivered to you.
After Delivery (Promotional Use): Once your delivery is complete, we reserve the right to photograph and
upload your custom trims to our website and other business platforms to show the great work we have done.
We like to show off the great labels and trims we make for you on our website and social media to promote
our work.
Standard Practice: We will use pictures of your custom trims for our promotion unless you tell us not to.
Your Choice (Opt-Out): If you do not want your brand’s trims to be shown on our website or other platforms,
please let us know in writing before you place your order. We will keep your designs private.
2. Payment Source and Shipping Destination Policy
We strictly adhere to national and international trade regulations. To follow with government reporting
requirements, we must link the origin of payment to the destination of the goods.
Domestic Orders: If we receive payment within India (in INR), the material will be shipped exclusively to an
address within India.
International/Export Orders: If we receive payment from a foreign country (in foreign currency), the material
must be shipped to an address outside of India (abroad).
We cannot ship material abroad for payments received in India, nor can we ship material to India for
payments received from abroad.
