1. Returns and Exchanges (Custom Orders)
No Returns or Exchanges: We implement a strict No Return, No Exchange policy on all production orders.
Reason: All products (labels, tags, trims) are custom-made for your specific design and cannot be resold or
reused for another client.
Exception: We will only address claims for production with a verifiable defect or discrepancy against the final
physically approved sample.
2. Cancellations and Payments
Sampling charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are only adjusted against the production order
if the design remains unchanged.
Once production begins, cancellation is not possible, and you are liable for the full 100% invoice amount.
Approval Via Image/Video: If you approve the sample via image or video (due to urgency) without physical
review, the company will not be responsible for any discrepancies in the final production.
3. Discrepancy Claims and Liabilities
Quantity variations within the standard parameter 5-10 % tolerance.
Slight variations in color, thickness, or finish between digital proof tags and final offset printing.
Minor color differences in woven labels where exact matching was not possible with in-stock threads.
Natural differences in paper/thread quality, texture, and look in every batch.
Valid Claim Resolution: If a claim is valid (major fault contradicting the physical sample), resolution will be a
remake of the faulty portion or an equivalent credit/discount; no cash refunds are provided.
